Should a Christian be a patriot? Is there a difference between patriotism and nationalism? How can I love my country when it seems to have forgotten the ideas on which it was built? On the nation’s America’s 250th anniversary, and a time of deep division, this course offers new ways to think about faith, democracy, and nationhood. Drawing on a range of iconic and lesser-known thinkers, it confronts the issue of Christian nationalism with the patriotism of peace.
Continuing Education Units (CEU) are available for this course. There is a processing fee of $25.00, and an Award Letter will be issued once the course has been completed. Below you will see the total of CEUs awarded for this course.
